Uses: Fully automatic high-speed bag making machine can produce printed, natural color and vest bags with HDPE and LDPE film as raw materials. It adopts PLC control, double servo or stepper motor fixed length, and LCD touch screen real-time display. From feeding, back sealing, cutting, punching , The conveying is completed at one time, the degree of automation is high, and the economic benefit is good.

 

1. This machine uses HDPE, LDPE, biodegradable materials and tube film as raw materials to produce natural and printed vest bags. Using computer programming control system, servo motor automatically fixed length, from feeding, back sealing, cutting, punching, and conveying to one-time completion.
2. Equipped with two servo motor control systems and computer control, LPC LCD display and Panasonic photoelectric eye tracking control, the operation is intuitive and convenient, and two color printing bags can be produced at the same time.
3. The host adopts imported frequency converter to simulate speed regulation and automatic feeding system to make bag making stable and sealing and cutting accurately. Automatic punch folding device, conveyor belt bag feeding function, easy to collect.
4. Swing-type discharging system, with the bag bottom shaping design, the bag collection is neat, and the clamping punching position is accurate.
5. The cutter is heated independently by current, and the high-precision temperature controller automatically controls the temperature, which is easy to operate and accurate in temperature control.
6. The whole machine adopts IC electronic circuit automatic control, socket-type design, easy to replace; and has the functions of no material, material cut, and material blocking.
